Fallon is a devoted mother. She always puts her children first before anything else. She’s always loved kids, ever since she was little. She’s the type of girl that falls hard for someone, and once she falls it’s hard to pick herself back up again. Right now, she is very torn up emotionally inside, but she hides it for the sake of her children. She does not want them to think that mommy is sad all the time. She can come off as being a little cold and snarky sometimes when she’s out of work, but that’s just because she does not want to be hurt again. She’s made a lot of mistakes in her life, but she wouldn’t trade her kids for the world. She’s pretty intelligent, considering that she managed to graduate within the top four of her class, while taking care of her kids. She can also be really funny and goofy when it comes to her kids.
She’s sweet, but still a bit naive and pretty clueless when it comes to romance. She doesn’t have time for such things with her kids and screwed up past and all, but she is not completely closed to it. If she met the right guy, she probably wouldn’t push him away but he’d have to be patient and take his time, because that is what she needs. She maintains a tough exterior for her children, but inside she is not so tough. She is really hurting.
Fallon was born on May 21, 1985 in Miami, Florida to Curtis and Marian O'Connor. She was their second daughter, and the youngest child, they had two older sons, Christopher and Bryce. Bryce was adopted when they thought they could not concieve a child. Christopher was born a few years later. And Sarah was nearly three when her sister was born. Curtis was a successful lawyer and he moved the family to Los Angeles for his practive, and Marian a homemaker, she stayed at home and took care of her kids. Curtis was away on business a lot, and Marian sometimes would grow lonely. She had her children, so she devoted most of her time to them. She taught them how to bake cookies and sew from a young age. She wanted to make sure her children were raised right.
As a child, Fallon was always curious about things. She spent a lot of time playing outside with her dolls or swimming because she loved nature. Having an outdoor tea party around a sand castle that she and Sarah built was one of her favorite things to do. Sarah and Fallon were always very close, and Sarah was always very protective of her little sister. They fought a bit of course, as sisters tend to do but always ended up forgiving one another. As teenagers, they fought a bit more, especially because Sarah was allowed to stay up later and do a lot more than her baby sister. Fallon wanted her independence from the womb practically. She was always fighting to have things her way. She was also close with her brothers, but she and Sarah were practically inseparable.
When Fallon was fifteen she met Michael Wicks, she’d initially started dating him because he was a bad boy and it would piss off her parents, who were too protective and sheltering of the teenager. Fallon fell for Michael hard, and she lost her virginity to him and ended up pregnant with Parker, at which point she moved in with Michael who was 20. After Parker was born, it was hard for Fallon. She loved her son, but she was still a child herself, and things with Michael were not so good, they were fighting all the time and this was no good for her son. Parker needed and deserved some stability. She moved back in with her parents until she finished high school, which she managed to do because her mother and sister were willing to help out so much with Parker. Michael had a lot of substance abuse problems and when Fallon left him he decided to go to rehab and get cleaned up.
Michael resurfaced at Fallon’s graduation party, and asked her to marry him and they moved to Sacramento.. He was clean and doing well, and had been for almost a year. Fallon agreed to marry him, and ended up pregnant with Annabel who she had the following May. She’d moved back in with Michael, who was working as a mechanic, and she was attending classes at a community college to get her teacher’s certification. She had to work hard for what she wanted, but she was never unwilling to do that. When Annabel was three months old, Michael had started to get into trouble again. He hid this from his wife until she got the call that he’d been arrested. Michael was charged with armed robbery, manslaughter, resisting arrest, assaulting an officer of the law, and grand theft auto. He was sentenced to serve a minimum of 10 years in prison, though it would more likely be at least 25.
Life without Michael was difficult for Fallon and her children. She took them to visit him every Sunday, until one time that they went a riot broke out. Fallon decided that it was not having a good effect on her children, especially Parker who did not need to see his daddy like that. Fallon's mother moved to be with her in Sacramento, because she could not afford their apartment unless she got a job, which Marian was against because she wanted Fallon to finish her schooling. And Fallon was reluctant to leave and go back to Los Angeles. In May of 2007, Fallon graduated college and was a certified teacher, though the year was not without its degree of tragedy. Her older sister was killed in January by a drunk driver at the young age of 24.
She took a few jobs as a substitute teacher while living in Sacramento, and even landed one as a pre-school teacher which she enjoyed. In October of 2008, there was a prison break and Michael got out and came looking for Fallon and the kids. He took Parker right from school and Fallon was frantic. She didn’t know what had happened to her son. The next twelve hours were agonizing for her, but Parker was returned and Michael was sent back to prison. Convinced by her mother that it was for the best, Fallon left Sacramento. and accepted a teaching position in Los Angeles, relocating the family there. Now she is living with Bryce at his insistence so she can begin healing. |
